Missionary Care Network was born from a simple conviction
Those who dedicate their lives to sharing the Gospel around the world deserve to be cared for, encouraged, and strengthened.

For years, founder Brandon Dunford has had a deep heart for missions, people, and the local church. Through mission trips, ministry leadership, and serving alongside pastors and ministry leaders around the world, he witnessed firsthand the incredible impact of those who faithfully answer God's call.

As a missions pastor and ministry leader, Brandon experienced the value of genuine encouragement, spiritual support, healthy leadership, and strong Christian community. Along the way, he also noticed something that stayed with him.

While many people serving in local churches are surrounded by relationships, support systems, and opportunities for care, missionaries often serve thousands of miles away from those same resources. They faithfully pour into others while carrying the weight of ministry, family responsibilities, cultural challenges, loneliness, and personal struggles that often go unseen.
One question continually remained on his heart.
"Who is caring for the missionaries?"
That question became the foundation of Missionary Care Network.

Today, Missionary Care Network exists to come alongside missionaries and their families by providing practical care, spiritual encouragement, leadership development, meaningful relationships, and ongoing support.

Our desire is to help missionaries feel seen, heard, valued, and strengthened in the calling God has placed on their lives.

We believe healthy missionaries lead to healthier ministries, stronger families, and greater Kingdom impact across generations.

By partnering with churches, individuals, and organizations, we seek to ensure that those serving on the front lines of ministry never feel forgotten or alone.

What began as a burden on one person's heart has grown into a mission to care for those who spend their lives caring for others.
Because Missionaries Need Care Too
Missionaries spend their lives serving others.
They lead ministries, invest in communities, and faithfully live out the calling God has placed on their lives.
But behind every ministry is a person.
Someone who also needs encouragement.
Someone who needs trusted relationships.
Someone who needs people willing to walk beside them.

Built Around People, Not Programs
Missionary Care Network isn't here to replace a missions agency or oversee a ministry.

ARE NOT
✕ A funding organization
✕ A governing authority
✕ A system or bureaucracy

ARE
✓ A pastor
✓ A coach
✓ A trusted partner
✓ A consistent voice of encouragement
We care for the person first—because healthy missionaries build healthy ministries.

No One Should Have to Carry Ministry Alone

Missionaries often serve in places where encouragement, accountability, and trusted support are difficult to find.
Spiritual exhaustion
Isolation
Leadership pressures
Family challenges
Cultural transitions
The weight of caring for others while receiving little care themselves
Missionary Care Network exists to make sure those challenges don't have to be faced alone.

Because when missionaries are healthy, ministries become stronger, families flourish, and lasting Kingdom impact becomes possible.

Care First
We care for people before programs, believing every missionary deserves to feel supported and valued.

Relationships Matter
Real encouragement begins with trust, genuine connection, and walking alongside one another.

Healthy Missionaries Build Healthy Ministries
Supporting the person behind the ministry creates stronger families, healthier leaders, and sustainable ministries.

Sustainability
We're committed to helping missionaries thrive—not just for today, but for every season of ministry.

Partnership
We believe churches, supporters, and missionaries accomplish more when they serve together with a shared commitment to care.

To strengthen, encourage, and support missionaries through personal, spiritual, and practical care

To see missionaries around the world healthy, supported, spiritually strong, relationally connected, and sustainable for long-term Kingdom impact.
